Pre-arrival Services – Settlement

applied for immigration to Canada as a principal applicant, spouse or adult dependant and have one of the following:

a passport request letter with permanent resident visa issuance

a permanent resident visa pick up notification letter

an IRCC invitation to get pre-arrival services

an IRCC request that an applicant for permanent residence complete a medical examination

an Offer of Employment to a Foreign National (Atlantic Immigration Pilot)

confirmation of permanent residence (COPR) letter/document

a single entry permanent resident visa
