Meet with over 50 employers and recruiters in business, IT, hospitality, trades, healthcare, and retail!
Job-seekers – mark down the date! Traditionally, MOSAIC’s job fair attracts more than 50 employers who are collectively looking to fill hundreds of positions in industries including health, finance, IT, business, hospitality, retail, manufacturing and trades.
Feedback from previous employer participants indicates that the diversity of candidates at MOSAIC’s job fairs is what motivates them to return each year to recruit qualified job-seekers. They have told event organizers that they value the “international experience” and the overall quality of applicants who attend.
2016 was the first year in which MOSAIC hosted on-site workshops. Each workshop focused on a different employment sector and attracted capacity attendance. Click here to view photos on Facebook.
The following information is from surveys conducted with the companies who participated in MOSAIC’s 2016 Job and Career Fair:
- 85% had current job openings they were hoping to fill
- 27% were following up with 20-40 candidates they met at the event
- 38.5% were following up with 11-20 candidates they met at the event
- 35% were following up with 1-10 candidates they met at the event
