MOSAIC is honoured to be the 2021 recipient of the REDI (Racial Equity, Diversity and Inclusion) Readiness Award from The Inclusion Project, in collaboration with Excellence Canada.
The award recognizes an organization’s dedication to creating lasting change through a holistic REDI+ lens, and MOSAIC was specifically recognized in the following areas:
Adaptability: Through a co-creation process, MOSAIC demonstrated adaptability and flexibility in building REDI+ within its current initiatives and workplace practices. MOSAIC has adopted the REDI+ process as a catalyst and a framework to drive its initiatives and community engagement prospects.
Sustainability: By creating an internal sustainability team, MOSAIC has contextualized the REDI+ within the organization’s framework for sustainable and adaptive change. This demonstrates systematic efforts necessary for lasting shifts in workplace culture.
Accountability: MOSAIC has engaged in conversation and is actively working towards embedding data-related metrics for the purpose of advancing accountability within its systems and ensuring the voices and experiences of its diverse stakeholders are mirrored through the change process.
