MOSAIC is excited to announce the addition of Synthia Kloot to its Board of Directors during the 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM), held on Thursday September 26.
“Synthia is a proactive, driven business leader with a wealth of experience across various industries. We are thrilled to welcome her to the Board and look forward to her contributions,” said Board Chair Petra Kuret.
Synthia has achieved remarkable success in technology, logistics, finance, real estate, and law. Her career accomplishments in business strategy and leadership earned her recognition as one of Canada’s Best Executives in 2021 by the Globe and Mail’s Report on Business Magazine.
In her current role as Chief Operating Officer at Clark Wilson LLP, Synthia collaborates with the executive committee and partnership to enhance organizational processes and implement both short and long-term strategic plans. She ensures that daily decisions align with the firm’s core values while empowering her team through mentorship.
A passionate advocate for Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion, Synthia co-chairs the Greater Vancouver Board of Trade’s Diversity & Inclusion Leadership Advisory Committee. Since 2019, she has also mentored new immigrants to Canada as part of the Workplace Connections mentoring program for MOSAIC.
