How to Access Support

MOSAIC Clients

  1. Talk to your MOSAIC staff/case managers/support workers.
  2. Your staff completes the MHWP referral.
  3. We review and match you to the right service.
  4. We contact you to book.

MOSAIC Staff

  1. Fill out Request a Wellness Session(s) form or
  2. Email MHWP with topic, audience, preferred timing, and any language/access needs. We’ll co‑design a fit.
