On February 22nd, MOSAIC hosted a welcome orientation for newly-arrived Tibetans. The group pictured here are part of the first wave of 1000 total Tibetans destined for Canada under a special public policy act allowing private sponsors, groups and organizations to bring the displaced Tibetans to Canada from India, where they had been living in exile.
