In honour of World Refugee Day, the Vancouver Public Library (VPL) and MAP BC (Multi-Agency Partnership of BC) are hosting a free public event titled No Place for Refugees: Is Canada Becoming Less Welcoming? This collaborative gathering invites the public to reflect on the shifting landscape of refugee protection in Canada and to hear directly from those who have experienced forced displacement.
MOSAIC will be participating through our BC Services and Assistance for Humanitarian & Vulnerable Newcomers (BC SAFE HAVEN) program, which supports individuals navigating Canada’s refugee claim process.
