Join us for a vibrant outdoor gathering in honour of World Elder Abuse Awareness Day (WEAAD)! This year’s theme, “Be Bold – Age with Attitude: Voices of Strength and Solidarity,” invites us to stand together in resilience, dignity, and community.
We’re building on the powerful momentum of Seniors Take On Things We Never Talk About—with reflections and performances by cast members and multicultural seniors groups. Together with CRN partners, we’re raising a collective voice for change.

This year, we also mark a historic moment: the UN Human Rights Council’s resolution to draft a global convention on the rights of older persons. Join us as we honour this milestone and celebrate the growing movement for elder justice.
Everyone is welcome—especially immigrant and racialized seniors. No registration needed—just drop in! Let’s come together, speak out, and stand up against ageism and elder abuse.
