
We See, We Hear, We Support is a free community talk that helps participants recognize the signs of gender-based violence, understand common myths, and learn how to offer support in a safe and compassionate way. This event is open to anyone who suspects that a friend, family member, colleague, or neighbour may be experiencing abuse.
Violence can take many forms and isn’t always easy to spot. Whether you work closely with people in your community or simply want to become more informed, this session offers practical tools and guidance to help you make a difference.

Challenge harmful stereotypes and better understand the dynamics of abuse and power.
Discover helpful ways to respond, listen, and validate the experiences of those impacted by violence.
You’ll be introduced to local services and organizations that specialize in supporting survivors, including counselling, housing, and legal aid.
