Join us on this workshop about how stress management can improve well-being. This event is exclusively designed for current clients enrolled in the Anger Management Care Program (AMCP) but is open to those interested in joining our program as well.

At MOSAIC BC, we understand the importance of overall well-being and creating growth opportunities. In this wellness workshop, participants will learn practical techniques to manage stress effectively, enhancing their sense of control and improving their quality of life.

Key Workshop Highlights:

  • Connection Between Stress and Anger: Understand how stress and anger interact and affect emotional regulation.
  • Stress Reduction Techniques: Discover new strategies to relax and reduce stress on a daily basis.

Program Enrollment: This workshop about how stress management can improve well-being is an integral part of our ongoing Anger Management Care Program (AMCP). Current clients enrolled in AMCP will derive significant benefits from this session as it aligns with the program’s core objectives.

This event is organized by the AMCP,  a unique program for men offering Wellness Workshops and Psychoeducation Groups to learn more about anger management care. It offers free resources and interpretation services to multilingual clients upon request.

Participants enrolled will gain an understanding of:

  • Types of anger and appropriate responses to it
  • Personal triggers and how to set healthy boundaries
  • Effective ways for managing stress and controlling emotions
  • Respectful communication for resolving conflicts
  • Techniques for healing
