Workshop Highlights:

In this one-hour workshop, participants will embark on a journey of self-discovery and personal growth by exploring the concept of Cognitive Restructuring. You will be guided through the following key aspects:

  1. Identifying Different Types of Thinking: Gain a deeper understanding of the various thought patterns that influence your emotions, behaviours, and well-being. Learn how to recognize and differentiate between automatic negative thoughts and constructive thought processes.
  2. Creating Awareness Leading to Change: Discover practical techniques and strategies to reframe your thoughts by identifying the thought and adjusting the thought pattern. Cultivate mindfulness and emotional intelligence to enhance your overall mental wellness.
