Join a welcoming weekly series designed to help you slow down, reset, and strengthen your well-being. Creative Calm: Art for Wellness blends reflective activities with gentle skill-building so you can manage stress, improve focus, and nurture balance in everyday life. Each session offers practical tools you can use right away, in a supportive community setting at MOSAIC Headquarters.
No previous experience with meditation, movement, or art is required—come as you are.
This series welcomes adults who want to build healthy routines and emotional resilience. It’s especially helpful if you are looking for calm, connection, and practical tools you can carry into work, study, family life, and settlement. Priority is given to Permanent Residents (PR) and Protected Persons.
Sessions combine short guided practices, group discussion, and creative activities. You’ll build a toolkit for everyday calm—learning how breathing, gentle movement, goal-setting, and art-making can work together to support your mental and emotional health. You will also meet others on a similar path and leave with ideas to practise between sessions.
If you want more support with settlement, community connection, and navigation, check the Newcomers and Community Building Program (NCBP) page.
