MOSAIC and JA British Columbia have partnered to deliver a free, hands-on summer program for newcomer youth ages 16–29. In just five evening sessions, participants will explore entrepreneurship, build a business idea, and gain valuable skills through fun, team-based activities. This is your chance to turn ideas into action—while enjoying pizza and connecting with new friends!
JA British Columbia (JABC) is a not-for-profit impact organization that delivers free hands-on, immersive education in work readiness, financial health, and entrepreneurship to youth across British Columbia.
To join this program, you need to meet the following criteria:
Launch your future—one idea at a time!
This 5-session camp empowers youth to explore entrepreneurship in a fun, inclusive, and supportive environment. Participants will build confidence, gain essential life and career skills, and wrap up with an entrepreneur fair, a chance to pitch your idea and a personal finance session.
Discover what it means to be an entrepreneur. Dream big and develop a business idea inspired by your passions and culture.
Team up with peers to shape your idea and explore how it can positively impact your community.
Turn your concept into a business plan by learning about customers, money management, marketing, and collaboration.
Practice your pitch, share your idea with an audience, and get early feedback and advice by joining our Entrepreneur Fair. Ask questions, connect with others, and celebrate your journey with a bonus session on financial literacy.
