Radio Canada International – Beyond Grammar: Language Learning in Canada

The story explores how newcomers adapt to language learning in Canada—not just through formal instruction, but also through social connection, confidence-building, and community-based support.

David Lee, Director of Employment, Language & Social Enterprise at MOSAIC, was interviewed for the piece. He spoke about the importance of creating inclusive, welcoming spaces that empower newcomers to build language skills and a sense of belonging at the same time.
