Join us for a wellness workshop designed to help couples overcome feelings of loneliness and build stronger connections within their community. This free event is open to all, including those interested in joining our Enhancing Healthy Relationships Program (EHRP).
At MOSAIC BC, we understand the importance of addressing feelings of loneliness, especially among multicultural couples. This workshop will provide practical strategies for fostering a supportive network and creating a sense of belonging.
Key Workshop Highlights:
Program Enrollment: This workshop is part of our ongoing Enhancing Healthy Relationships Program (EHRP), which offers free resources and interpretation services to immigrant, refugee, and visible minority couples.
We support multicultural couples with:
Psychoeducation Groups
Each group includes 5 couples who meet with a facilitator 1-2 times a week, for a total of 6 sessions (60 minutes per session). This option requires couples to be on a waitlist; couples will be contacted once a group is available.
Wellness Workshops
Open to couples and their support person(s) 1-2 times a month. Each workshop is 60 minutes long and can be online or in-person. Please visit the Upcoming Events section for the workshop dates.
