At MOSAIC BC, we understand the importance of fostering healthy multicultural relationships, and this workshop aims to equip you with essential conflict resolution strategies that can strengthen your connections with others.
Key Workshop Highlights:
1. Raising Awareness on Roots of Conflicts: Understand how conflicts arise and discover how to replant a healthier interaction in your relationship with your partner.
2. Conflict Resolution Strategies: Discover effective techniques for resolving conflicts constructively. Learn the art of active listening, the power of compromise, and the nuances of negotiation.
Program Enrollment: This workshop is part of our ongoing Enhancing Healthy Relationships Program (EHRP). Current clients enrolled in EHRP will benefit greatly from this session, as it complements our program’s core objectives.
