Pulling Reports in BC CHARMS

BC CHARMS has the ability to allow users to pull data reports relating to their activity in the database. Some of the most useful reports can identify how many total clients you are working with, how many clients have been housed vs. unhoused, and overall client information including countries of origin, mode of arrival, number of household members, and vulnerabilities.

3 main reports can be run:

• Current Available Vacancies – all available vacancies (YWCA emergency hotels, transitional housing, private landlords)
• Client Information – new referrals in the Waiting Room and unhoused households
• All Client Demographics + Vulnerabilities – demographics and vulnerabilities of all Client Intake Forms you have created for a specific time period

On the left-hand menu under My Apricot Tools, click My Reports

• Click the beside the Settlement Folder
• Select the report, then click Run

• On the right-hand menu under Report Actions, click Export
