Free FOODSAFE Level 1 Certificate for unemployed Migrant Workers/ TFWs

Workers can receive official FOODSAFE certificates issued by the local health department and are recognized throughout B.C.

This training is open to:

• Unemployed Temporary Foreign Workers with Closed Work Permit
• Open Work Permit for vulnerable workers
• Individual who is on maintained status (waiting on a decision by IRCC and/or ESDC)
• Work permit for vulnerable workers who are at risk of losing their job or changing to a new job
• Family of the Migrant Workers with work permit
• English level 4 and above
