Wellness workshops will be open to men and their families/support persons.
Participants enrolled will gain an understanding of:
- Forms and appropriate responses to anger
- Personal triggers and how to set healthy boundaries
- Effective ways for managing stress and controlling emotions
- Respectful communication for resolving conflicts
- Techniques for healing
