Multicultural Youth & Safe Relationships Project

Promoting Healthy Youth Relationships

The Multicultural Youth & Safe Relationships Project supports healthy teen relationships for multicultural youth.

This program is available to:

  • Youth aged 11-14

  • Immigrants and refugees

  • Any cultural background

Program Description

Is your teenager struggling to adjust to your new community? We educate families about healthy relationships so they can live safer, happier lives in Canada.

Family Activities

Youth and their family work together to learn about healthy relationships. You’ll learn about different cultural values in cross-ethnic friendships. The goal is to learn healthy relationship skills so youth can become part of the community and avoid violence.

Program staff also provide group support and workshops for families.

MOSAIC is also working with Kwantlen University to research workshop delivery. The results will help improve the program.

At the moment we are not recruiting any clients.
