Program Description

Are you a Healthcare Organization wanting to provide Racial Equity Diversity and Inclusion training to your professionals in the field? If yes, I Will, You Will, We Will is for you!

The primary objective of this project is to help healthcare professionals understand the value of cultural humility and be better informed of levels of racism and their role in mitigating it. It provides free access to anti-racism, equity, diversity, and inclusion educational resources, training, and best practices in various formats and delivery modes.

Professionals can choose to take one or both of the online self-paced courses: Anti-Racism in Healthcare Course and Cultural Humility in Healthcare Course. The Anti-Racism in Healthcare Course focuses on the power of inclusive language and behaviour and provides tools for responding to racist incidents. Cultural Humility in Healthcare Course highlights the importance of ongoing self-reflection and lifelong learning in our current workplace context to help professionals better connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Testimonials

MOSAIC’s Cultural Diversity in Healthcare presentation for our team at After Stroke BC was impactful, relevant and insightful. Presenters educated our team on culture, identity, and beliefs and how we can navigate relationships to best engage and support a variety of cultural groups. The information shared was dynamic, in-depth and cohesive, serving to help our team continue to develop tools of intercultural competency. Thank you so very much Ece, Anna and Sandhya for sharing your expertise and knowledge with us!
