MOSAIC is pleased to announce that CARF has re-accredited our organization for another three years, following a team visit from the accrediting body last October. This achievement is an indication of MOSAIC’s commitment and dedication to improving the lives of our clients. The CARF report supports the organization’s continuous improvement cycle and provides a roadmap on areas of focus for the upcoming three-year period.
Katie Zawaideh, Senior Manager for Quality Improvement and Data Management, and who led the accreditation renewal process, said “This achievement is the result of everybody’s work, efforts and collaboration throughout the years. Thank you to all of our staff for the hard work and dedication to this organization and your clients!”
CARF accreditation signals a service provider’s commitment to continually improving services, encouraging feedback, and serving the community. The accreditation process applies sets of standards to service areas and business practices during an on-site survey. Accreditation, however, is an ongoing process, signaling to the public that a service provider is committed to continuously improving services, encouraging feedback, and serving the community. Accreditation also demonstrates a provider’s commitment to enhance its performance, manage its risk, and distinguish its service delivery. To learn more, please visit carf.org.
