for another three years, following a team visit from the accrediting body last October. This achievement is an indication of MOSAIC’s commitment and dedication to improving the lives of our clients. The CARF report supports the organization’s continuous improvement cycle and provides a roadmap on areas of focus for the upcoming three-year period.

CARF accreditation signals a service provider’s commitment to continually improving services, encouraging feedback, and serving the community. The accreditation process applies sets of standards to service areas and business practices during an on-site survey. Accreditation, however, is an ongoing process, signaling to the public that a service provider is committed to continuously improving services, encouraging feedback, and serving the community.
