MOSAIC’s Executive Leadership Team and all Senior Managers participated in a full day strategic planning retreat at the Creekside Community Centre on April 21, 2017. The focus of the day was to update on the progress of the strategic organizational work plan, reflect on the organizational re-design, review the staff survey results and develop the organizational work plan for 2017/18.
