MOSAIC’s expanded management team met on April 23rd to create actionable plans based on the new 5-Year Strategic Plan unveiled in March 2015. The full day session also incorporated discussions around the challenges the organization faces in realizing some of the longer-term objectives in the plan.Executive Director Eyob Naizghi expressed great satisfaction and pleasure with the efforts of the 50 member team, stating that the day’s work will now enable all divisions to proceed with achieving some of the strategic objectives of the plan.Click on MOSAIC Strategic Plan (PDF) for information about the plan.
