Michael Radano, MOSAIC Director of Employment, Language, and Social Enterprises, will be taking on the role of Executive Director of the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC) in Victoria, as of July 5.
Radano has been an integral part of the MOSAIC journey these past four years. Under his leadership, MOSAIC experienced a 50% growth in its revenues and a significant expansion of MOSAIC’s Social Enterprises. He has built a strong and closely-knit team across the three departments he has overseen, has supported his team’s professional development, and personally mentored many.
Radano has also played a key role on the Executive Leadership Team, contributing to the strategic direction of MOSAIC and being a strong champion of operational efficiencies and technology transformation. He worked alongside the previous Board Chair and the Selection Committee to hire MOSAIC’s current CEO.
“We are very sad to see Michael go, but we are excited for him to move to a role that allows him to better balance his family and work obligations, and spend more time in Victoria,” said Olga Stachova, MOSAIC CEO.
