MOSAIC Chosen For High Performance Project

The BC Centre for Employment Excellence has chosen MOSAIC as one of the non-profit leaders in BC to be part of its new initiative to develop capacity in the non-profit sector in BC.MOSAIC along with other leaders which provide employment services to specialized populations will develop a prototype model that is efficient, productive and improves outcomes for clients.Larry Chan, Senior Manager of Employment Programs, will be participating in this project for MOSAIC. He says this is “an excellent opportunity for MOSAIC to share its over 35 years of experience delivering employment services. We also hope to learn from the other leaders from throughout BC. In the end, this project will help service providers to better meet the needs of our clients.”This project is funded by the Ministry of Social Development and Social Innovation’s Community and Employer Partnerships Initiative (Research and Innovation Fund)
