The most recent class of Job Options Vancouver (Group 16) celebrated the conclusion of four weeks of full time classes about job search with a delicious Pot Luck luncheon. They are eager to begin their Short Term Certificate training and then will move into the work experience portion of the program (four weeks of paid, unpaid, or subsidized work placements). Two participants announced that they have been hired and are excited to begin working.Comments from our participants….The experience I had with MOSAIC was very positive, and I feel a lot more confident in my job search now. I really hope that the program will continue for other immigrants who are trying to get into the Canadian workforce.I find this program very useful. It helped me to see more clearly all my opportunities and apply my new knowledge to find a new jobThank you very much for this skilled program.
