On Friday, August 12th, the Vancouver Northeast Employment Services Centre hosted a job fair for Fortinet, a locally based high tech company in need of several IT/Software/Hardware professionals. The WorkBC office, at Broadway and Commercial, was buzzing with activity as 90 job seekers came to the employment centre for face to face interviews for the in demand jobs at Fortinet. The Fortinet Recruitment Team came prepared for a large turnout by bringing nine of their staff to conduct both pre-screening and a second set of more detailed interviews. The Fortinet staff left impressed with the calibre of candidates and indicated identifying several job seekers for a further round of interviews.
