Sherman Chan, Director of Family and Settlement Services, spoke briefly with Global News about Arrival Advisor – a new app which launched on March 28. The free service provides newcomers with information and instructions regarding how to access essential services and community resources. Chan participated in the advisory panel that was consulted in the development of the new tool by the BC-based non-profit group PeaceGeeks.
