MOSAIC staff from multiple sites gathered on March 7th to pay tribute to colleagues receiving honors for 5, 10, 15 and 25 milestone years of service. One hundred and fifty staff showed up at the Hilton Vancouver Metrotown Hotel to applaud and cheer on colleagues who received recognition from Board Chair Mehran Kiai and Executive Director Eyob Naizghi.
Wael Hussein, Human Resources Manager, commented that the annual ceremony showing appreciation for the years of performance is respectful and contributes to a welcoming environment. He said the Staff Recognition Ceremony “fosters a culture of caring and commitment towards building an inclusive, healthy and innovative work environment.”
