The 12-minute feature focuses on employment challenges faced by newcomers and immigrants and features additional interviews with delegates at MOSAIC’s Immigrant Professionals Conference as well as footage from the fall event. MOSAIC’s Immigrant Women’s Employment Readiness Connections (IWERC) program is also profiled and includes interviews with program participants.
