Three Employers from the Landscaping sector, with 100 job openings between them, met with job seekers at the MOSAIC Offices on Wednesday, April 27.The event started with a presentation on the career opportunities in Landscaping by the President of the BC Landscape and Nursery Association, Jeff Foley. Jeff is also the Owner of Para Space Landscaping.Following the presentation each employer, which also included Blue Pine Enterprises and The Great Canadian Landscaping Company, spoke about their companies and the job openings they were hoping to fill. Then came the face to face interviews, with the 30 job seekers getting a chance to apply for jobs directly with the three employers.The event was a great success for Chris O’Donohue, Owner of The Great Canadian Landscaping Company. “I believe we met all our hiring needs today!” said Chris.
