The Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada (LINC) sector in the Lower Mainland is a vibrant and essential part of our community, fostering language learning and settlement support for newcomers. Together, we’ve navigated immense challenges in recent years—now it’s time to shape the future.

This invitation-only event brings together key LINC professionals to share best practices, explore innovative strategies, and develop solutions to strengthen our sector.

By collaborating with colleagues across the Lower Mainland, we can identify shared issues and develop impactful solutions. What to Expect

This conference is packed with opportunities to learn, share, and connect, including:

    • Two rounds of mini presentations featuring insights and best practices.
    • A guided discussion period to explore sector challenges and solutions.
    • Poster presentations showcasing innovative projects and ideas.
    • Plenary session with a keynote speaker (details coming soon!).
    • Most of the activities will be conducted in both places because they are walking distance from each other. Just the registration that will be only at the Boundary location.
