This practical workshop explains why those changes happen and outlines actions you and your health-care provider can consider so your current medications match your body’s needs. The session is delivered in Farsi and English to make information clear and accessible. \nWhat you’ll learn\n\nWhy ageing affects medications: how body changes can alter effectiveness and side effects.\nPartnering with your provider: ways to discuss dose\, timing\, and whether any medicines might be adjusted or stopped.\nMedication reviews: when and how to review your medicines to keep them safe and useful.\nNoticing concerns: what to pay attention to and when to seek advice.\n\nPresented by a speaker from the Seniors’ Health & Wellness Institute (COSCO). \nWho should attend\nOlder adults and community members interested in staying safe and informed about everyday medication use.
