This workshop is designed to equip you with essential strategies to strengthen your connections with others and\, most importantly\, find peace through setting boundaries. \nKey Workshop Highlights: \n\nUnderstanding Abuse: Engage in discussions and gain insights into various types of abuse\, understanding their impact on yourself and those around you.\nDeveloping Boundaries: Discover the importance of setting boundaries and learn how living with healthy boundaries can bring peace to your life\, protecting both yourself and your loved ones.\n\nProgram Inquiry: If you’re not part of EHRP but wish to join\, please submit a referral form.
