Our “Wellness Together Canada” event offers a unique opportunity to engage in mindfulness and creative expression. Through simple art-making activities and story-sharing\, you can build connections\, share experiences\, and find community support. \nWhy Attend?\n\nMindfulness: Learn techniques to stay present and reduce stress.\nArt-Making: Engage in simple\, therapeutic art activities that promote relaxation and self-expression.\nConnection: Share stories and connect with others who understand the challenges of being a newcomer.\nChildminding Available: To reduce barriers for parents\, childminding services will be available on-site\, so you can fully engage in the event.\nLanguage Support: Language should not be a barrier to participation. We offer language support to ensure everyone can be included and feel comfortable.\n\nWho is Eligible?\nThis event is open to refugee claimants\, study permit holders\, work permit holders\, naturalized citizens\, and asylum seekers.
