Secure your spot by beginning the signup process today. \nEvent Information: \n\nDate: February 9\, 2024\nTime: 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM\nLocation: 5575 Boundary Road\, Vancouver\n\nWorkshop Highlights: \n\nOutlets of Anger: Identifying and discussing what the anger outlets are for each individual.\nHealthy Expressions: Identifying and promoting positive ways to express anger\, such as engaging in physical activities to release pent-up energy.\n\nProgram Enrollment: This Emotional Regulation Workshop is an integral part of our ongoing Anger Management Care Program (AMCP).
