In this wellness workshop\, participants will learn practical techniques to manage stress effectively\, enhancing their sense of control and improving their quality of life. \nKey Workshop Highlights: \n\nConnection Between Stress and Anger: Understand how stress and anger interact and affect emotional regulation.\nStress Reduction Techniques: Discover new strategies to relax and reduce stress on a daily basis.\n\nProgram Enrollment: This workshop about how stress management can improve well-being is an integral part of our ongoing Anger Management Care Program (AMCP).
