Join us for a wellness workshop on effective communication strategies, hosted by MOSAIC BC. This event is exclusively built for current clients enrolled in the Anger Management Care Program (AMCP) but is open to those interested in joining our program and knowing more about enhancing active listening skills and effective communication techniques. This event is specifically for men, however, support persons are welcome to attend as well.

At MOSAIC BC, we provide clients with the knowledge and skills to enhance their overall well-being. This workshop focuses on the development of effective communication, particularly the critical aspect of active listening skills, within the context of managing anger.

Key Workshop Highlights:

  1. Debate vs. Dialogue: Delve into the distinctions between debate and dialogue and how they impact relationships with those around us.
  2. Practical Approaches: Engage in assertiveness training to express feelings and needs. Learn about active listening skills and effective communication techniques to improve understanding in relationships.

Program Enrollment: This workshop is an integral part of our ongoing Anger Management Care Program (AMCP). Current clients enrolled in AMCP will derive significant benefits from this session as it aligns with the program’s core objectives.
